The Green Farm

Faulkland is a small village, with a village shop and post office and a pub. It is situated approximately ten miles south of Bath on the A366 road between Radstock and Norton St Philip. It lies in open countryside and has a village green, stocks and a duck pond. There is no public transport other than a mini bus service that runs infrequently between Faulkland, Radstock and Midsomer Norton.
As well as the numerous and varied attractions of Bath itself, with its Georgian crescents, Roman remains, floral gardens and shops, Longleat House and the beautiful lake and grounds at Stourhead are all within easy reach. Wells, with its magnificent cathedral, together with Wookey Hole and Cheddar are just a short drive to the south west. A little further afield and to the south east is the cathedral city of Salisbury and to the north of Bath are Cirencester and Cheltenham and the many beautiful villages of the Cotswold. Within the immediate vicinity of Faulkland there are a number of country walks and the area as a whole is well served with notable restaurants and good public houses.
