- Book your holiday over 9 months before your start date and save 20%
Winter Short Breaks
As well as weekly bookings The Green Farm is also available for Short Breaks in the winter from November through to the start of the Christmas period and again from early January through to the Friday prior to the 1st April, or Easter, which ever is earlier
- 3 night breaks (weekend) start on a Friday.
- 4 night breaks (midweek) start on a Monday.
Both 3 and 4 night breaks are charged at 76% of the weekly price.

Please Note:
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The balance will need to be paid six weeks before you are due to take the property.
- The maximum number of people that can be accommodated is six.
- Electricity is charged from the meter at cost.
- A full linen service is provided. There is no need for you to bring any sheets or towels.
- We ask that you do not arrive until after 3pm on your first day so as to give us sufficient time to ensure that everything is thoroughly cleaned and made ready for your visit.
- On your day of departure we ask that you vacate the property by 10am.
